Fantastic staff. Great location. Modern but tight rooms. Balcony was a nice bonus. Valet Parking is $50 per night but ~ $25 per night just steps away for self parking.

Incredible place. Very clean room and awesome location right on Pasadena's most walkable and store-packed Colorado Blvd. Chic interior designs. Convenient and affordable parking option right next building. THE MOST friendly and supportive staff at the front desk! Big thank you to Shrawak and all other ladies and gentlemen who made our stay over valentine's weekend truly enjoyable. Will come again whenever I visit LA!

This location was literally walking distance to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Parking lot on Maddison is available too 24hr pay option if staying over. $8 which is nothing. Great price. Rooms were nice and clean. The only reason I didn't give the room a 5 star is because they didn't have any dressers. So we had to keep our luggage open to get to our clothes instead of putting it all away in a drawer to keep the room looking tidy. Rooms also have a mini fridge and complimentary mini waters in it. Microwave upon asking free of charge. But other than that great room. Their gym is decent and they have a rooftop restaurant Osa that has really good burgers and fries amd plays movies on the hotel wall with no sound along with a sitting area to lounge if not eating. All the tables have heaters to keep warm as well. They also have a place to have drinks downstairs by the lobby and a fireplace to watch traffic pass by. It's a beautiful spot. We stayed 7 days. Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again.

Perfect location with lots of things to do in the area. Hotel room was spotless, neat, and spacious. Very good water pressure regarding sink, toilet, and shower. Staff service was warm, professional, friendly, and efficient. Lobby bar and rooftop restaurant were very busy with many patrons. Good variety of food options onsite and nearby with many different restaurants that were very walkable. Parking on-site is valet only, the staff are very quick and efficient. Check in and check out processes were very smooth. Definitely recommend and will stay again! Thank you!

I came here to have a drink with a friend of mine. My friend took a look at the menu and remarked, "how very corporate all of these drinks, look..." Was my friend wrong? I don't think that's the question. I think the real question is were the drinks delicious? Was the service on point was the location Awesome? Sure, many things can be true at once. The people slinging our drinks did a fine job and my drink tasted red and delicious. My friends drink was purple and also delicious. We enjoyed that there was a fire there. Fires are hot so don't touch it. Would I recommend this place to someone coming here? Staying here or not staying here. Okay? Yes, probably. Are you my friend and are you reading this right now? If you are, let's go get bagels this weekend. Otherwise, if you're just a wary traveler or a local looking for a place to have a sip, then come to this place — great staff, ICE friendly apparently.

Our stay at the AC Hotel Pasadena was our second favorite hotel from our California trip. From a wellness and cleanliness perspective, this hotel did many things right. • Staff: The staff was wonderful. They communicated clearly, were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. • Rooms: One of the cleanest hotel rooms we stayed in during the trip. No carpet, no visible mold, and no musty smell. The room design was simple and minimal with less items to collect dust which harbors mold. The room and bathroom were both a comfortable size. • Fresh air & sleep: Technically, our windows were not supposed to open since we did not have a balcony, but ours did slightly and we really appreciated being able to bring in fresh air. We stayed on the Colorado Avenue side in room 509 under the rooftop bar, so there was some street noise and occasional sounds from above until around 11 PM. Even so, we still slept fairly well after long days of walking and outdoor activities. • Cleanliness details: Housekeeping was every other day which the staff communicated upon checkin. As travelers, we always check for bedbugs, so we appreciated seeing that the mattresses were fully enclosed in zippered mattress protectors with an additional mattress pad and clean bottom sheet layered on top. • Location & walkability: If you enjoy walking, you can easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. You will still want a car to fully explore Pasadena and the surrounding LA areas. • Wellness food option nearby: Urth Caffé Pasadena is directly across the street and offers organic coffee, matcha, and many breakfast options. It was extremely busy during our stay, but very convenient. Overall, this was a clean, modern, wellness conscious feeling hotel that we would absolutely stay at again if visiting Southern California.

First time staying at an AC Hotel, and it didn’t disappoint. As an ambassador member for Marriott, they treated my wife and I amazing. Everything was clean and up to date. I was able to get an upgrade, but not the one I hoped for but that wasn’t a problem since it was a last minute booking (with points) we didn’t try the any of the amenities but they looked great! Thank you to the staff at this location, they were amazing! Word of advice, if you prefer a quieter room, ask for one not on the street side, it was a bit noisy but that’s normal.

I loved everything about this place. The rooms are very clean, quiet/peaceful, modern, yet very tasteful. They fit into the look and feel of Pasadena. A combination of classic and modern at the same time. This is minimalism in the best sense of the word. The lobby is chic and pleasant - I love the big open doors between the patio and the lobby - they kind of let the ambiance of Pasadena into the hotel. Very nice - I would stay here again, given a chance.
